THE PLOT

A masked musical genius who lives underneath the Paris Opera House is wreaking havoc over the theater’s upcoming production. Accidents occured and mysterious notes appeared. The production of Hannibal is taking its toll, especially on lead star Carlota, a prima donna who walked out of set after a backdrop fell on stage. The chorus girl Christine Daee takes over Carlotta’s role. This has been the plan of Phantom all along. The disfigured singer and composer is in love with the young chorus girl and swears that she will become the next big star in the opera house. However, Christine is in love with someone else, Raul, a patron who frequents the Paris Opera House. What will become of Phantom’s unrequited love?
