Jackson Browne is an internationally acclaimed rock musician, singer, and songwriter. He initially emerged as a songwriter for other artists in 1967 with great success, and one of his co-written songs reached the Billboard Top 40.

Deeply inspired by the recognition he had been receiving as a songwriter, Jackson Browne moved on to release a self-titled debut album in 1972, which included his top-selling hits of all time, “Doctor My Eyes” and “Rock Me in the Water.”

By 1977, he released his most iconic album, “Running on Water,” which peaked at Top 3 on the charts. The album astonishingly remained on the charts for over a year! His success continued throughout the 1980s when he had consistently been releasing more albums, including “Hold Out,” “Lawyers in Love,” and “Lives in the Balance.”

His most recent album, “Downhill from Everywhere,” was released in 2021 and is his 15th studio album. It was nominated for “Best Americana Album” at the 2022 Grammy Awards. The album received positive reviews from critics and is said to be “a fresh and new album by the greatest songwriter of all time, full of new material but remains a classic.”
